The opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Events Manager (Online & Social) (m/f/d) to join our Events team at Ververica. In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work cross-functionally with our Growth and Product teams organizing tech events, such as meet-ups, webinars, webcasts, and training sessions.

Your Work
- Oversee and lead the Online and Social Events Management area of Ververica.
- Collaborate with the Events and Marketing team, our Sales and Product teams to help uncover insights and strategies to promote new and existing products, internally and externally through online and social tech events.
- Often multi-task and prioritize key tasks while maintaining an eye for detail
- Assist in development and implementation of the Ververica brand and its products and service across entire eco-system (from open source to commercial software audiences)
- Help identify opportunities within our established client base ensuring consistent growth
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools
