We are seeking fulltime Technical Account Managers of all levels to join our technical support team at Ververica. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our Growth and Development teams helping and supporting our customers in the adoption and usage of Ververica products. You will also, depending on skill and inclination, have the opportunity to support your clients independently and directly, e.g., during evaluations, support issues or training and consulting inquiries.

As Technical Account Manager you like working with external clients, the open-source community, and internal colleagues alike. You will be the go-to person for any support topics in the sales and after-sales process and will accelerate the adoption of our portfolio.
You will work with architecture and engineering teams inside of our customers to support and build the best possible stream processing architecture for their use cases, both in their data centers and Clouds. This includes understanding their architectures, giving guidance on how they best design their Flink applications and helping them using our products.
You are (or will become) an expert in building and designing solutions using distributed data processing systems, learn how customers use them and guide our clients on their journey.
