The Role

As the Alliance Lead for the Americas, you own the ecosystem. Full stop. You'll transform early-stage partnerships into growth drivers that generate real pipeline and closed revenue. You'll sit with C-suite executives one hour and navigate technical architecture conversations the next.

Build the Ecosystem from Scratch

You'll identify, recruit, and activate the technology, consulting and cloud partners that define the future of real-time data. You won't follow existing plans. You'll create multi-year joint business strategies that position Ververica at the center of the modern data stack. Every partnership you sign should have a clear path to pipeline.

Drive Partner Revenue

This is a hunting role. You'll spearhead co-selling motions and build partner-sourced pipeline. You will be measured on closed deals and ACV, not on the number of meetings you schedule or decks you present. Creative GTM execution is expected. "Alignment meetings" without outcomes are not.

Win Executive Mindshare

You'll forge relationships with C-suite and VP stakeholders at our most strategic partners. In a crowded landscape, you'll make Ververica the partner of choice. You are the face of our brand to the ecosystem. Mindshare isn't a vanity metric here. It translates directly to deal registrations and field-level advocacy.

Turn Partner Sales Teams into Ours

As our Demand Generation Manager, you'll own pipeline growth and conversion optimization, our top strategic priority. What You'll Do

Own Pipeline & Conversion (Your #1 Priority)

• Your mission is simple: improve MQL→SAL conversion and drive pipeline growth that turns into revenue.

Build Account-Based Marketing Programs

• You'll develop and execute ABM strategies across two tiers: 1:few and 1:many.
• You'll collaborate closely with Sales to identify and prioritize target accounts.

• You organize participation in physical events as a part of ABM initiatives.

Execute Marketing Automation & Technical Campaigns

• You'll build sophisticated campaigns, primarily in HubSpot: workflows, emails, landing pages, and forms. You'll implement and continuously refine lead scoring models based on Sales feedback.
• You'll create advanced segmentation and targeting strategies for different personas and stages. You'll design marketing automation workflows that nurture leads efficiently.
• You'll ensure proper tracking, attribution, and data quality up to the MQL stage. You'll set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and campaign performance measurement.

Direct Paid Media Strategy

• You'll provide strategic direction, campaign briefs, and audience targeting guidance to our paid media agency. But you'll be accountable for the results: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting.
• You'll collaborate with our Creative Director on ad creative development. Together with the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll review campaign performance weekly and optimize budget allocation across channels.
• You'll ensure paid media campaigns align with broader demand generation strategy and messaging. You'll make data-driven decisions on continuing, expanding, or adjusting agency partnerships.

Partner with Sales for Revenue Impact

• You'll continuously refine MQL and SAL definitions based on what actually converts to opportunities, not what sounds good in a spreadsheet.
• You'll provide Sales enablement on campaign messaging, target accounts, and lead context. You'll establish closed-loop reporting and feedback mechanisms between Marketing and Sales.

You'll act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales. You speak both languages fluently.

Measure, Optimize, Win

• You'll maintain performance dashboards for demand generation activities. You'll track KPIs: MQL volume, MQL→SAL conversion rate, cost per MQL, cost per SAL, and campaign ROI.
• You'll conduct regular post-mortems to identify what worked and what didn't, and keep a log of findings. You'll use data to make recommendations on budget allocation and channel mix.
• You'll present monthly performance reports to the VP of Marketing and quarterly reviews to leadership.

Ververica is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support our HR and office operations in Germany. This role is central to delivering a smooth employee experience, maintaining HR compliance, and keeping our day-to-day operations running efficiently. You will work closely with the Regional HR Manager and cross-functional teams across our European offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Administration

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, including preparation of employment documents, work equipment coordination, and company asset collection/return.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in line with German labor law (e.g., ArbZG, BDSG) and internal company policies.
