Job Description
As the Head of Advertising and Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, manage a team of talented individuals and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft strategies for all Marketing and Advertising topics, including Digital, Print, Web, Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Ensure our brand and message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition on they promote and advertise
- Coordinate cross-departmental marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Ensure the implementation of our company objectives across all Marketing and Advertising efforts
Requirements
- > 5 years of experience designing, running and managing successful (digital) marketing campaigns
- Experience as Team Lead or Head of in Advertising and Marketing within our industry
- Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot
- Experience with technologies like Kafka, Flink, Spark, AWS Kinesis or similar
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals for the team
- Analytical but innovative mind
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing or relevant field
