Job Description

In this role, you will be the creative force behind Ververica's visual identity, playing a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our brand's look and feel. You will work closely with the Product and Marketing team to define and evolve Ververica's brand and style, ensuring our brand's integrity in all its manifestations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously evolve the Ververica brand and style.
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of the Ververica brand across all digital and print formats.
  • Create, develop or evolve graphics and typography that represent the essence and values of Ververica, making our brand stand out in the industry.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of graphic and typographic elements for use by Ververica, as well as approved agencies and partners, ensuring easy access and brand consistency.
  • Oversee the integrity and correct usage of marques, logos, taglines, and other graphical representations of the Ververica brand.
  • Respond proactively to creative requirements within Ververica, ie. the Marketing or Sales teams, and approved external partners, ensuring all creative outputs align with our brand guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in graphic design, bringing innovative ideas and practices to the Ververica brand.


  • Proven experience of >5 years in graphic design, brand management, or a related field, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to develop and manage a comprehensive brand identity.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and familiarity with brand management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with teams across the organization and manage external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
